Waste Management

LANDFILL & INCINERATION:
These should be avoided for several reasons:
•They require too much human labour,resources and energy in their construction
•The problem of leachte can allow for waste water or “garbage juice” to seep into the environment which is costly to the environment and requires far too much human labour to prevent
•Resources will lay dormant and cannot be reused and recycled especially in the case of important metals,plastics and organic waste which could be immediately reused rather than be dug out for later to be salvaged expending even more human labour and energy.
•With regards to incineration it causes pollution and once again components and materials cannot be recycled and reused.

In the case of landfills more research can be done into automating the process of digging up existing landfills and dumps and scavenging the materials for recycling in the near future once dangerous methane ex pulsed from them has all been used as energy.These materials can be turned into fertiliser,graphene,carbyne,diamonds,energy sources and recycled products and ores with the landfills turned into large indoor swimming pools when a building is built around it as well artificial lakes connected to nearby waterways via artificial rivers once the concrete etc is recycled.Otherwise ideally they can be refilled with dirt and compost made in factories once the concrete is dug up and the land reforested into wilderness or forest farms.Open landfills will be recycled or pyrolysised and the ash recycled for graphene etc and the land reforested once bioremediation programmes.Incineration plants can be converted into homes and indoor hydroponic gardens or geothermal plants with scrapyards recycled and reforested or turned into parks with if possible the waste in both open and underground landfills will be possibly incinerated for energy around the world and the resultant waste products cleaned and recycled for graphene etc.Thus by 2029 robotics should be advanced enough to allow all open and buried landfills world wide to be dug up and harvested for rubbish with no human labour which will be sent to local pyrolysis plants to burn it and produce energy and other materials sent to relevant burners and recycling plants and allow all material to be recycled as graphene or metals.Landfill waste will have them separated into different types of waste by Da Vinci surgery and robot chef type robots and then sent to each burner and other types of recycling plants with the extraction of existing waste from landfills and transfer and storage in recycling plants done by AI and automation from start to finish by 2029.The location of all existing landfill will be charted by AI and logged in Brauron with any methane produced captured and burned onsite of power plants with landfills underneath golf courses,wilderness and housing estates gained by crossrail borers and methods of drilling similar to hydraulic fracturing or transporter technology.This will be done to prevent them going to waste with by 2020-2029 no new landfills created but rather all new waste made prior to recycling hubs being set up will be recycled accordingly.If possible robotic chef hands connected to cameras can be used by the AI of organic waste centres to openup bags and separate each type of waste ie metal,plastic and organic waste from each other into bins that have KIVA systems to send them to the proper waste facilities.The land will be resoiled and reforested with no new landfills created in the future.The internet,google and government records will be analysed by AI to determine their locations with those under homes done via digging sideways underneath from a far off distance with simulations done to see if it is feasible with locales relocated to more higher quality housing and the homes demolished and land reforested with golf courses made redundant by VR will be reforested once finished.




E-waste landfills and other types of waste landfills in open areas in especially the developing world will have all of the material recycled in relevant recycling plants either set up as part of their local hubs or shipped to those in other countries including the developing world.The land these and other open landfills will be bioremediated and then reforested.


Abandoned train,boat,aeroplane,vehicle and military planes graveyards as well as any of these found in the wilderness will be recycled for scrap and buildings turned into homes and the land also reforested once bioremediated with even train tracks recycled once underground hyperloop systems are put in place.Trailer parks both abandoned and those made obsolete by residents moving out will also be recycled.All areas covered in tarmac and concrete etc will be dug up to allow this and all land surrounding them to be reforested as far back as possible.All vehicles in these will be scanned into Selene and AI recreating them to fully functioning vehicles before being recycled with software making them functional and remove rust etc.Their location will be determined by AI scouring google,YouTube and other websites to mark them online thus allowing volunteers,government bodies and in time robotics locate them and then transport them to their relevant building with this done at least by 2029 when fully automated recycling hubs are set.Satellites used by the AI will also be used to zoom on the general areas extrapolated from these with the known location of these marked in proto Cybele with people able to go there and mark the GPS location to be sent to this.Drones will patrol all wilderness around the world in fleets and mark the GPS locations and take pictures of any rubbish to be collected by volunteers and in time robots and biosynths with this applying to caves,forests,jungles,deserts etc.Advancements in robotics by at least the early 2030s will allow for those hidden in dangerous places like caves and mines to be collected without human labour or chance of injury.Any vehicles in good shape can be sent to local piers,community centres etc and thus traded on Euthenia.The location of these will be sent to local authorities and AI such as proto Cybele.Thus the main route of waste management should be reuse,recycle and reduce.Harmful toxic material like chat,asbestos etc should be recycled into their base elemental componants for commercial uses as well as benign compounds.Abandoned trailer parks and also those used by the poor who move into more luxury housing will be recycled and the land reforested.









SHARING & TRADING:
Sharing of unwanted items can be done via community centres where the community can share items that are not used all the time or and only once a fortnight or month etc or unwanted and a global online Euthenia platform within Hephaestus where a person can post ads detailing items they want to trade or items they wish to acquire on a global scale from other citizens around the world replacing Amazon,Ebay and similar sites.This will cut down on energy and other resources in the manufacture of goods.Vehicles such as yachts and motorhomes and homes can be shared via online global sharing platform Helios allowing people access to items without the need for producing more and use them when not used.

COLLECTION:
Collection of waste can be organised with each home having a bin for each waste type or mutli in one collection bins.Collection of waste can be automated through automated trucks as well as miniature trash robots in amenities or pedestrian streets in town.For large scale city and street collection rubbish bins can have built in RFID chip and/or sensors that interact with the garbage truck to make collection easier and contain information on the zone and house that the trash bin is from and the type of waste stored in the trashcans as well as what type of waste bin it is so as to ensure the trash collect only collects waste it is designated to collect.Each Home AI will program that it wants waste to be collected interacting with all nearby waste plants which will hold the address of all homes that want waste collected and the trash bins will be registered to the home AI.Bins will have microchips in them to detail the address,homeowner and also what type of rubbish is in them with them having unique colours and unlike all other items these will not have the option to be designed on Pyxis with their being universal designs with the microchips registered by the home AI allowing them to be read by smart phones.These would be the same designs as those in countries with automated garbage collectors with them also composed of plastics with graphene in its matrix.New ones will all have microchips in them with old ones recycled once a family gets new ones with self driving technology added over time that causes them to move into place by themselves.These will also register their location of them when vehicles arrive.Large public garbage bins in cities will also have these microchips with them also separated into different types next to each other.Hospitals,factories,restaurants and farms of all types will have several large skips with when full or nearing full capacity will have the building AI automatically order in an organic waste truck that collects it even outside normal hours with the same done for other ones for all types of rubbish.These microchips will be biosynth ones that are built into the bins themselves.Waste trucks will either be large and have compartments for each waste type or will come in a series of smaller collection vehicles for organic matter such as food/paper/cardboard etc.,one for plastic,one for rubber etc that come one after at set times of the day and night the other or one doing the rounds each day of the week(alternatively in smaller communities and if one misses a truck they can drop off waste in appropriate bins for pickup dotted in specific areas or right next to the waste/recycling centre on a conveyor belt).The schedule of each towns,villages,cities and streets collection trucks can be logged and visible on the wire specifically the relevant network of Hermes.This can be done autonomously with the homeowners automated vehicles dropping it off at these recycling centres via a menu in the Home AI app that selects the specified waste type and sends it to the specific centre and interact with the AI of the recycling plant to allow miniaturised collector robots to pick it out of the car.Since these plants work 24/7,365 days a year the citizen can program this to be done at night or when they are not using their vehicle or the waste collection trucks can do their collections at night when traffic is not busy.They will as stated earlier also be linked to networks that detail the schedule of each truck arriving and if full(or even half full) using a pressure plate inside and internal sensors will automatically move to the street when the truck arrives.Sensors within the truck can allow for the measuring of the weight of the amount added from each bin allowing for waste produced by the neighbourhood to be more accurately determined for consumption and recycling studies for each type of waste and all waste as a whole on personal,local,regional,national,continental and global levels from days to millennia with demographics available to the public on demand.They will also relay the amount to the Home AI for these studies which can be fed into Hermes.Each type of waste will require different bins/trucks for disposal as well as different methods of disposal and recycling with again sensors interacting with trucks to determine which type of waste it is to be put in a specific compartment of the truck or in specific trucks suited for each waste type that serve the city or region one each day or week.Since they will work 24/7,365 days a year they can serve multiple towns and villages at once with each truck serving multiple communities each day over the week or fortnight.As stated earlier old Christmas trees should be mulched and chipped at the tree farm they were got from to create fertiliser and chipping for soil and save the need for transportation or ideally be planted in their garden all year long.Organic waste bins will have a permanent layer of liquid glass on their interior and exterior to negate the need for plastic rubbish bags with all rubbish also not needing rubbish bins since the waste will simply be disposed of into waste trucks and also the plant.This will allow organic waste such as food and liquid to be just dumped into them without bags saving on labour and preventing plastic mixing in with the pyrolysised organic material.Other wastes will just have them dumped into them the same way without bags.Eventually each home could have rubbish bins that will autonomously leave their house and travel to the nearest waste disposal plant or large bin by travelling through pathways and interacting with traffic lights and be picked up by machinery at the waste plant and then return home with information such as GPS location and time of arrival and return.They could be powered by the same technology in mobile trash cans used in places like Disneyland with quantum dot technology aiding this with themselves constructed of graphene to also gain energy from sunlight and also have the chips embedded more easily and their connection to Artemis and Hermes allowing them to navigate the town or city including traffic lights with them going to the waste disposal facility they are designed for with helper robots also doing this if the home is near the waste plants.Using the contacting the mayor AI and applying to their local waste treatment plants via the AI one could subscribe to this service though ones Home AI could automatically register to the service of their local waste disposal with their address and GPS given.Alternatively the waste can bee deposited in an underground waste box similar to the Acrex system where automated trash collectors collect it at set times.Islands would have trucks that come at the same time on large boats at the same time or in the case of organic waste each home can have compost machines that allow waste to degrade with the help of genetically altered bacteria that increase the rate of decomposition including recombinant DNA from Saccharophagus degradans and those from faculative anaerobic bacteria or they can be used in home biogas digesters that create biogas for use in home canisters.Ideally all waste plants should be located near each other in waste management hubs serving the locale or region they collect waste from with both the interior and exterior of garbage trucks(especially where they store the waste) to be coated with a permanent layer of liquid glass to prevent the need for cleaning.This can be done with new ones set up in near existing glass and metal recycling centres or next to where manufacturing hubs are with the latest automated machinery and allow the old ones to be converted into communal homes as themselves or via extensions.Ideally these recycling hubs particularly glass,metal,e-waste,plastic and others should be in close proximity to manufacturing hubs or moved there next to them so as to allow Persephone to send recycled material to factories in that region so as to cut down on energy costs in transportation but also to ensure the material is delivered when needed with interactions between the AI of factories and waste recycling plants very quickly with them stored onsite of the plants or in Aphrodite building.These would thus serve each region,city etc thus saving on enery to transport them from homes to recycling plants to then Aphrodite buildings to be reused.Old recycling plants would continue to function until the new ones are set up next to manufacturing hubs and the old ones turned into homes ideally communal homes.This should be possible by 2029 and would ensure not only cutting down on time to transport recycled material but also allow each region,town and major city to be self sufficient in their recycling needs and would also cut down on the amount of tubing required for pneumatic tubes and also allow them to branch of at the centre of the hub.This would ensure each region and city has its own nearby recycling plants cutting down on times for collection and allow for vehicles to serve the are each day as well as allowing large cities etc to house pneumatic bins that are energy efficient and require less tubing.Old ones can be renovated into homes with this applying to those made redundant from nanotech and picotech fabricators with the operating software changed from Tyche to Hestia and the addition of new AIs for each apartment blocks.Waste plants of different material types should be located near or on site of factories and have all methods in one place ie.stone furniture factories should have machinery that recycles stone into composite materials.In time these recycling centres could be built into the factories in miniaturised form in extensions to allow waste collected by trucks etc to be allotted by Persephone with this software constantly moving around resources between them should any surpluses and deficits occur.Pyrolysis and incinerator plants that produce biochar should be placed near vertical farms and community gardens in between them and manufacturing hubs with again Persephone managing the allotment of fertiliser to local farms but also carbon for graphene etc for factories that need it.

To alleviate this or replace it entirely pneumatic waste collection pipe systems can be used where residents of large buildings simply put their waste in a hole in the wall in the basement that directs the waste to the specific waste plant(including pyrolysis plants and metal recycling plants with rubber and latex sent to factories that need rubber for it to be degraded and reused) directly by a piping system that travels underground bypassing the need for trucks.This can also be in stationary public bins across towns and cities for those that live in the suburbs.This would require numerous hole pipes to be integrated into the basement for each waste type(metals,rubber,plastic,organic waste)and would only require again the actual waste and not plastic rubbish bags to be put into them with pipes for food and other organic waste etc. coated in a permanent layer of liquid glass to prevent clogs either during manufacture or by robots after they are set up.For smaller homes(and even aforementioned larger communal ones) these pipes could be integrated into the basement and key rooms of community centres,vertical gardens,airports,amenities,factories,homes both communal and private,outside in plazas in estates or communal homes or in an isolated outskirts in the open near where the waste plants are allowing an entire community or region to dispose of their waste this way and cut down on piping significantly.Those in communal homes and even private homes would be connected to existing ones at angles and those in the streets via the pipes created by advances in robotics rather than whole entire separate tubes.Private homeowners and those in communal homes and public buildings will have these added by advances in robotics by the 2030s with them alerting Ictinus factories.These would consist of networks of tunnels that merge together with them placed at key points of the town,village or city with them logged in Brauron and thus visible in maps streamed on smart devices as a legend with each of those in all buildings and in the open space marked as their specific waste type by a universal colour as denoted below and them in a shape similar to hexagons as open holes that have openanable lids.Public buildings like airports and hospitals can have these integrated into them again in the basement filled up by mobile trashcans that can be called by the people there or at key points of the airport etc.Micropipelay technology can be used and organised by communities to set up these and will be scanned in by robots into Artemis with new ones set up by 2029 by robots managed by Tyche and the mayor AI.Islands can have these connected to the mainland via underwater tunnels composed of graphene and other carbon composites and coated externally in liquid glass.Underground communities can have these that go to the surface.These will at least alleviate strains on the trucks collecting rubbish.



Drones that patrol wilderness areas and streets can detect rubbish and relay its GPS location to other robots for collection.In time transporter technology will allow all of a persons waste to be transported in bulk.

PYROLYSIS:
The process of pyrolysis creates three byproducts:biochar which is usually pure carbon with impurities mixed in the case of pharmaceutical waste done this way.This biochar can be used to produce diamonds,fertilizer(ideally those from organic waste such as food,animal waste and paper/cardboard as it will contain traces of phosphorous and nitrogen and other essential nutrients that be integrated into a looped system)that can retain water in soil.Factories,vertical and community farms linked to these pyrolysis plants via the wire can order in any excess biochar for the production of graphene,carbyne,diamonds,fertiliser etc via Persephone when needed with it stored on the building in special areas and will receive alerts from Aristeaus,Aphrodite as to what amount is needed with ideally vertical and community given amounts based on previous supply and demand past on past orders with them keeping any excess for the future making future orders eventually shorter with the same applying to Aphrodite to create graphene,carbyne,buckypaper.It can also be used to store pharmaceuticals and other pollutants in an inert form over geological time scales in abandoned mines and in time nanotech fabricators can be used to separate the carbon and these bioremediated pollutants both into inert forms and into elemental compounds that can be used for other purposes with sheets of graphene and similar nanomaterials,biosynth technology,super blasts of super high intensity UV lights,radiation treatments.chemical or mechanical treatments can also be utilised to do this.Biocompatible microbes can be mixed in with the biochar and water or other natural non toxic solvents to break down toxins via anabolic and catabolic reactions into benign compounds or even benign elemental ores etc with these and other compounds etc.If these actions are done then nanosensors or other technology can be used to ensure that 100% of the toxins are removed with repeats of these treatments used together can allow more toxins to be removed with testing and repeats of these process done over and over again until all of the toxins are gone with the toxins made into inert compounds by mixing it with other benign elements or used as a food source for bacteria that produce commercial products from these pollutants diluted down.Daphne,Rhea,Urania etc will develop different methods to remove all types of carcinogens,heavy metals and other toxins from all biochar etc produced.All heavy elements,toxins etc will be sent to Aphrodite buildings and separated onto base elements and then recycled alongside metals for commercial products with any metal pieces etc that part of clothing etc or made it through initial separations would be separated at this point and sent to metal recycling plants.It would ensure each batch of biochar to ensure it does not contain any toxic materials like pharmaceuticals,carcinogens in dangerous levels that would damage human and animal health or be toxic to the environment with measures to break these contaminants down or remove them if they are present via automation to be implemented to ensure all biochar can be used.The toxins,metals etc removed should be broken down into their elemental components to be shipped to Aphrodite buildings to be then used for commercial products with any important elements such as sulphur,nitrogen,potassium and phosphorous that are detected will be shipped to local farms.Used graphene sheets can be replaced or either pyrolysised or disposed of in compost or even treated to have the pollutants removed on site and then reused indefinitely with all steps involved in this automated.These filtration measures should be introduced into organic waste pyrolysis plants used for fertiliser production should plastic,rubber or other contaminants be introduced accidentally as they can when pyrolysised produce carcinogens that could contaminate fertiliser with advances in artificial intelligence such as cameras equipped with NIR Hyperspectral cameras and others recognition software that can detect both plastics and rubber etc to allow them to removed by robots with hands,biosynths or hand like attachments that can then send them to the proper waste treatment plants before pyrolysis when put on a conveyor belt by adding them to separate mobile bins inside them with KIVA mobile systems before pyrolysis with nanosensors in the batches of finished biochar used to detect carcinogens to decide whether to initiate filtration and degradation procedures.Robot chef hands with cameras that can detect plastics,metals will sift through the waste surgically in groups and remove plastics and metals etc and put them into the correct bin.In time biosynths will be present.Each organic waste plant will have at least two large mobile trash and for each type of foreign waste.Pyrolysis can be done either in large scale factories or at home.Liquid glass will also be sprayed in all surfaces inside the waste plants of all types to prevent the build up of dirt and pyrolysised waste that may interfere with the machinery,contaminate other batches as well as cause other complications and to ensure maximum yields.





Bio-oil produced can be used as an energy source for vintage vehicles or home heating or for use in fertilisers and cosmetics production should any toxins present be filtered out by graphene sheets and super blasts of super high intensity UV lights following the automated system used in the removal of toxins from biochar.It can also replace petroleum in the production of plastics and also products like greases,petroleum.It will be used with it burned on site to produce energy fed into the local grid or it can be deposited into the a steel drums fitted with a tap which when full can be shipped to local community centres in the region and then community members can use the tap to refill jerry cans for using it at home.

Syngas can be used again to produce methane for home heating or for the production of methangenous based plastics.Waste treatment plants such as those used for pyrolysing can collect the syngas and have it put into gas cylinders to make communities self sufficient in gas production with the gas first collected in a chamber and that automatically refills gas canisters sent there by community members from their home and sends it back.Robots or drones that can carry these can do this by interacting with traffic networks or the consumer can drive to the plant and attach the gas canister in person with onboard touchscreen computers telling them that it is securely held in place and is filled to prevent accidents or leaks.Any excess could be burned on site to be fed into the local energy grid.

Until these are set up then each community whether rural of urban will have mobile units set up in community centres that will take in primarily organic waste such as weeds,grass,waste food and wood.These will as detailed earlier on will continue to work to provide biochar by growing weeds,bamboo etc onsite that will be used as biochar for fertiliser they will also intake organic waste from buildings whether obsolete and abandoned being renovated.Prior to the organic waste plants set up people will send in their organic waste her in person or via rubbish trucks picking them up without plastic and plastic bags.These will continue to function constantly and still intake excess organic waste such as food from each member of the community to alleviate strains on pyrolysis plants.

Measures can be done to influence the ratio of biochar,bio-oil and syngas produced allowing according to the needs of the local community.Communities using the wire can decide the ratio of biochar,bi-oil and syngas is produced via their local pyrolysis plant.Typical yields are 60% bio-oil,20% biochar, and 20% syngas.By comparison, slow pyrolysis can produce substantially more char (~50%) with ideally methods researched to produce only biochar or at least somewhere inbetween 60-90%.Ideally only organic matter and food should only be pyolysised together with no plastic or rubber mixed in which can create carcinogenic dioxins that would contaminate the fertiliser.The same can be done to bio-oil used to make cosmetics.Air filters composed of graphene and other nanomaterials such as stanene should be installed in order to filter out noxious and poisonous gases alongside the syngas to prevent them contamination both bio-oil and biochar.Persephone would link all community and vertical farms to the amount of fertiliser they need to import for custom made fertilisers which can be made onsite of the farm or in specialised factories that supply a region with all of their fertilisers that mix biochar with algae.Biochar pyrolysis plants can also have the heat from heated vats and containers that house the organic waste generate electricity to be fed into the local grid when the outer shell placed over them containing water or low boiling liquids in a looped system that can be converted into steam,turn turbines and then condensed in a looped system with all vats,burners and heaters covered in a layer of liquid glass.

Incinerator plants can be modified and used to burn all types of waste and still produce energy.Biochar pyrolysis plants can also have the heat from heated vats and containers generate electricity when the outer or inner shell placed over the vats containing the waste being pyrolysisied containing water that can be converted into steam,turn turbines and then condensed in a looped system with all vats,burners and heaters covered in a layer of liquid glass with the steam directed to the turbines separate from the pyrolysised material.Excess syngas and bio-oil as well as diesel from the pyrolysis of each waste produced can be burned onsite to generate an extra second round of energy though ideally the process should produce 90-100% biochar.These oils and gases will be directed to burners for each of them where they will produce a second round of electricity with all surfaces covered in liquid glass to negate the need for cleaning due to it having a high melting point of 1,600 degrees celcius.All of the carbon dioxide from burned syngas,bio-oil,diesel and methane will be fed into vertical farms that grow Bambusoideae etc that can be harvested and sent to the same organic waste plant to be burned to produce more biochar with any bio-oil etc produced then burned for more electricity and the carbon dioxide rerouted to the same farm and so on other gases filtered out using SNOX filters.Incinerator plants can also be converted into biochar pyrolysis plants that burn these wastes with extensions added to house the different burners and also areas to grow hydroponic plants and also areas to store excess waste of all types with all operations being automated.All interior and exterior surfaces including burners should be coated in a permanent layer of liquid glass.Bio-oil and syngas produced can be burned onsite to produce more electricity.Pyrolysis plants within them that burn rubber and plastic can create two rounds of electricity as the pyrolysis process generates heats to heat water to turn turbines with the diesel produced burned again onsite to produce more electricity.Any syngas produced would again be burned onsite to produce more electricity.Ideally each pyrolysis plants around the world will be converted into universal pyrolysis ones that have different burners:one for burning up existing reserves of waste from landfills both open and underground also with the waste ash turned into graphene once bioremediated and metals etc removed,one that burns rubber,one that burns petroleum based plastics,one that burns both organic waste from homes both private and communal etc and also Bambusoideae/C.sativa/S.babylonica from carbon sequestration plantations both indoors and outdoors managed and sent there by Pan and in each case them generating electricity and more secondary and tertiary rounds of electricity from the diesel,bio-oil and syngas produced in two burners onsite that collects these from the other burners automatically.When all landfill waste and existing reserves of petroleum based plastics will be burned up then their burners will be used to burn plants as part of biochar sequestration and other waste decided by AI.Landfill waste will have them separated into different types of waste by Da Vinci surgery and robot chef type robots and then sent to each burner and other types of recycling plants with the extraction of existing waste from landfills and transfer and storage in recycling plants done by AI and automation from start to finish by 2029.Ideally all waste will be separated by these robots that have cameras to recycle the material.The AI of the plant will interact with Persephone to dispense the biochar to local Aphrodite factories with them intaking all types of waste from bins in their local with the AI organising the extraction of all existing open and underground landfills with Cybele managing the resoiling of underground ones and reforestation of all open and underground landfills with Cybele interacting with the plants in all countries,states,counties etc to show them the location of all open and underground landfills and thus organise their extraction.With regards to landfill waste all metals and toxins will be removed after pyrolysisation with the biochar removed and any syngas etc burned for more electricity.This will be done via graphene sieves and robotic hands modelled on robotic chefs and Da Vinci systems with by 2029 these combined with NIR hyperspectral and normal cameras be able to open up plastic bags and separate wastes individually sending organic wastes to organic waste burners,plastic to plastic ones and so on with metal sent to metal recycling plants.The biochar produced will be used to create organic waste or other ones devoted to them to produce more electricity and biochar.This Bambusoideae can be engineered to intake any pollutants including dioxins which will be separated form the finished products and will be pyrolysised onsite with any bio-oil etc produced burned for more energy and the carbon dioxide collected and the plants that absorb this burned again and so on until all of the original carbon dioxide is fully sequestered with more smaller burners present for each round or them traded back and forth between a few of them and these all producing more electricity.Otherwise artificial trees or SNOX filters can capture the carbon dioxide from the first round of burnt oil,syngas etc to be sent to vertical farms.When landfills both open and underground ones have all waste burned and petroleum based plastics are replaced by methane based plastics then the one used for them can be used for the Bambusoideae as well with their being already a second one to pyrolysise the Bambusoideae used to sequester carbon dioxide produced by the burning of diesel,bio-oil etc thus there will be three after landfill waste is collected.Ideally all waste should undergo pyrolysis to ensure the ratio of biochar to syngas and bio-oil is much higher ideally over 75% biochar or at least 90-100% to ensure the amount of rounds of Bambusoidea grown onsite to sequester each round of oil etc is small.If possible flour can be created by bacteria instead of Bambusoidea from carbon dioxide created by burnt syngas etc to grow larger amounts much quicker and this pyrolysised or burned onsite to create more biochar and energy or they could grow commodities that can be shipped to factories since these will be as part of recycling hubs near manufacturing hubs.Each round of bio-oil,syngas burnt can be rerouted to where it can be converted into dry ice powered by thermo-piezoelectric material covered geothermal pipes to be then fed to bacteria that produce flour or Bambusoideae grown onsite that can be pyrolysised to create more energy and biochar and the levels of bio-oil and syngas possibly exponentially lower each time and creating consistent rounds of electricity.These can be operated by the same AI with them managed by Steropes and Tyche with statues of both on the grounds.All incinerator plants that create electricity will be converted into communal homes through roof,side and underground extensions while the new pyrolysis plants are set up in recycling hubs next to manufacturing hubs while the areas powered by the incinerators will be converted into communal homes while geothermal plants are set up in the area connected to the local grid.They may even be part of manufacturing hubs as recycling plants are moved onsite of each factory allowing them to power the  manufacturing hubs and send excess to the grid and it slowing down transport of biochar to Aphrodite and other factories.These would generate electricity from both carbon sequestration problems and also constant ingoing organic waste over the coming millenia and would power both manufacturing hubs and recycling hubs they are part of alleviating strains on the homes,hospitals etc on demand when needed.These can be powered from the main grid or ideally either solar panels and Storedot batteries or onsite miniature geothermal powerplants that power the heating enough for the the energy invested to energy returned is at least 3:1 thus making them power themselves to the point they are producing more energy than requires to start reactions to power both themselves and the grid and make them carbon neutral.They will have roof,underground and side extensions to house Bambusoidaea hydroponic systems and also all of the burners.All actions required GLASS:

PLASTIC:
Petroleum based plastics can only be down cycled and thus not fully recycled or up cycled.Products such as furniture and building materials can be composed of plastic with there allotment decided by Persephone.Polyster should no longer be produced for clothing due to the fact that it when cleaned releases microfibres into the ocean with ideally all polyster clothing recycled in plastic incinerator plants.Fungi have been developed that break plastic down and convert it into an edible feedstuff for humans and animals with research done to engineer it to do this to all plastics.




Simply burning petroleum plastics in specialised incinerator plants can allow the carbon dioxide to be collected on the spot and in the same disposal machinery then converted into plastic in a newly formed process that can form a looped system pioneered by Newlight Technology with dioxins filtered and turned into harmeless oxygen and chlorine with oxygen released into the atmosphere with chlorine used for commercial products.Thus all plastic recycling facilities will burn it,collect the carbon dioxide and turn it into new plastics in a looped process with them powered by solar power with any methane needed will be produced by bacteria onsite.These recycling plants can also have small miniature incinerator power plant technology built into it to generate its own electricity,fed into the grid or existing incinerators can be converted into these with them burning large volumes of only plastic collecting the carbon dioxide via piping in the stacks in order to create new plastic in a looped system using this technology with the energy produced fed into the local grid and filters to remove any toxins.Permanent layers of liquid glass on all piping,burners,machinery externally and internally will negate the need for cleaning with extensions added over time either underground and around them.Artificial trees can be on the roof to collect one tonne of carbon dioxide everyday.Ideally these would be in close proximity to manufacturing hubs to cut down on energy costs in transporting them to factories with Persephone relaying what is needed.Pyrolysis can play a role in breaking these down into gasoline with these plastic pyrolysis plants modified to produce electricity similar to organic pyrolysis plants and the diesel burned in another section of these pyrolysis plants to produce more electricity and the carbon dioxide present captured and turned into new plastics on site with the Newlight technology method.Plastics will be burned in pyrolysis plants in their own burners.Any methane produced will be burned onsite to be fed into the grid or power the plant.Any gas produced would be burned on site to produce more electricity.Ideally rubber and plastic of all types can be sent to the same facilities as part of incinerator plants that also burns organic waste in separate burners to be burned onsite and thus generate electricity from incineration,pyrolysis and also when the bio-oil is burned onsite with these onsite of these.The plastic and rubber created onsite can be sent to any factories that need them including Aphrodite factories for storage.

Plastics can also be made from bacteria that produce hydrocarbons,bio-based alternatives or even vegetable oils on site with carbon dioxide coming from dry ice created from biochar projects or ideally the carbon dioxide burned and collected onsite of the pyrolysis plants where they are burned in a carbon neutral cycle as well as artificial trees on the roof of these factories that can intake about one tonne per day to create more plastics for them with all of these measures cutting down on the energy that existing methods used to produce plastics including those used by Newlight Technologies.Sugar based plastics using sugar derived by bacteria can be used as another source with methane based plastics also being an option.These would all be created onsite of all factories as part of manufacturing hubs.Genetically engineered bacteria can be developed that break this plastic down into carbon dioxide for this looped system negating the need to pyrolyse or burn the plastic further cutting down on the energy expended during its recycling process.This could use a combination of ones that break down phytalates and then those that break down the remaining waste until as stated above one species is developed that breaks down both into base elements using genetic engineering using genes from bacteria in the gut in meal and wax worms,Pestalatiopsis microsporio which can live on polyurethene(but removing its ability to cause plant rot in case it escapes into the wild) and Ideonella sakaiensis.Methane for methane based plastics can be derived from a variety of sources such as biogas from sewage treatment plants treated by algae,collected from mini algae factories on community farms,stores of methyl hydrates in the ocean,methangenous bacteria fed on organic waste on site of factories, or bio-gas from pyrolysis.The plastic can be broken down by biodegrading bacteria into methane which can be reused to form new plastics creating a looped system.Ideally methane based plastics should be sent to factories that produce them in their microfactories to be broken down by bacteria and then reuse the methane to create more with them in their own bin.It is for this reason that all plastics in manufactured products packaging will be replaced by methane based plastics thus allowing plastic bins to be sent to local manufacturing hubs to be shared equally amongst the factories that use them.Genetically engineering bacteria such as E.coli to produce hydrocarbons and thus biodegradable plastics can be developed from these wastes from the biodegrading bacteria all of which would be inside plastic factories.

Fungi have been developed that can create a plastic substitute also as in the case of producing more eco-friendly styrofoam which when mixed with hemp,nettle and other plant fibres collected and harvested from vertical farms other than corn could make a bio-degradable styrofoam that doesn’t require petroleum or algae oil in its production and can be used in composting or mixed in organic waste to produce biochar/fertiliser.Red and micro algae could be used as an alternative to plant fibres allowing it be grown in the same building as the fungi with any plant fibres used to be used also created by bacteria.Research can be done in how to recycle this type of plastic and make it into a crop substrate or fertiliser with the fungi grown and turned into stryofoam on site of factories of manufactured goods where it will be used as packaging.Bio-oils from pyrolysis and in time genetically engineered bacteria could also be another source of plastics.All of these plastics would have to have their own bins to ensure they are sorted out efficiently.Ideally these two types of plastic methane and carbon dioxide based would be produced and recycled in these looped systems in the same production plant and since garbage waste trucks will be automated they could collect one type from a region then deposit it at this plastic production plant and then return for a second round the same day and so on until all types are collected.Fungi based styrofoam can be buried as fertiliser or disposed of with organic waste in pyrolysis plants and as a result will replace plastic alongside methane based plastics in packagin of food and manufactured goods.These should ensure an abundant supply of plastics for millions of years.Algae based plastics should be avoided in order to preserve and recycle nitrogen and phosphorous.







This is why petroleum based plastics will eventually replaced by methane based plastics with the remaining plastics collected from landfills and those currently in use be disposed of in the aforementioned methods.This plastic can be broken down by bacteria into methane when sent back to the factory that created them to form a looped system where new plastics is created with this even sending it back to factories via plastic bins collected by rubbish trucks sending them back to factories equally where it will be broken down into methane by bacteria engineered to do so to be used to create more methane and thus more plastic in a looped cycled.All plastic packaging will be composed of methane based plastics that can be sent via plastic bins collected by rubbish trucks sending them mistake with methagenous bacteria fed sugar onsite of factories creating the first batches or future ones if they are kept at home and reused and are dumped in the wild.People may choose to keep them to store homemade manufactured goods.Phytoplankton in the oceans will be engineered to break it down.Plastic packaging will be coated with liquid glass to allow the contents especially food and cosmetics etc to be removed by gravity with them even directed to sinks in waste plants and factories that will be treated with narrow wave range UV and other methods to be recycled itself to allow the plastic itself to be recycled with this automated.Existing reserves of petroleum based plastics will be burned in pyrolysis plants in their burners and also using Newlight technologies to turn it be broken down by bacteria in looped cycles or composted or pyrolysised will be researched with until then normal plastics used and pyrolysised in pyrolysis plants to produce energy or broken down by bacteria engineered to do so that will eventually be phased out by these methane and fungi based alternatives.Methane based plastic should be phasing out petroleum based plastic worldwide by 2029-2040 in all applications such as packaging,toys,clothing,straws,cutlerly etc.Biosynth plastics would be composed of microbes and biosynth tissues that exhibit the properties of plants strong carbohydrates,proteins etc mixed together using recombinant DNA from plants and animals and bacteria etc that exhibit this with recombinant DNA from human muscle tissue and recombinant DNA from bacteria and plants that can exhibit the same properties of all types of plastics such as strength and stretchiness with plant and animal fibres such as silkworm silk,spider silk,flax,hemp created by Like plastic rubber can be recycled in factories that use them in the case of condoms,tyres and latex clothing or broken down by bacteria which break it down into its basic components for use as a food source for latex and isoprene producing bacteria.Ideally these rubber/latex degrading bacteria must first be killed off using UV light before the base components are then used to feed rubber/latex producing bacteria to prevent them contaminating the finished product and thus causing condoms,tyres and clothing to break down when used.Furthermore pyrolysis can also be used to convert it into fuel for electricity generation both during pyrolysis and when the resultant diesel is burned with these also burned and pyrolysised in the same incinerator and pyrolysis machines as plastic to generate electricity to provide building material for new plastics or provide nutrients for latex and isoprene producing bacteria.Degradation of latex and rubber should be done on site of vehicle factories,condom factories and also rubber clothing factories to cut down on energy with as stated those pyrolysised done onsite of plastic factories.They can be placed in the same bin as petroleum based plastics as well as a result of this with those burned in specific rubber pyrolysis plants also used to create two rounds of electricity as well as new rubber in a process similar to the creation of plastic as mentioned earlier on.Bacteria to break down tyres must be engineered to break down both rubber and other components such as hydrocarbons and oils used in its construction.Ideally rubber and plastic of all types can be sent to the same facilities that act as incinerators that also burn organic waste in other burners to be burned onsite and thus generate electricity from incineration,pyrolysis and also when the bio-oil is burned onsite with these onsite of these.This would allow both to be put in the same bin and also save space for a second plant.

To dispose of all waste food it can be fed to livestock,pets and insects,create compost/fertlizer or undergo pyrolysis in order to extract carbon for use in fertilisers(thus creating a looped system) as well as production of diamonds and graphene/carbyne.In the case of food used in biochar production even unused meat that would not be fed to livestock or used in compost.Bio gas and oil produced can be used to create oil for energy or use in biochar forests and source of methane for methangenous bacteria for plastic production or fuel.Otherwise the waste food can be burned to produce energy at home or in biomass plants with any ash and carbon recaptured and used as fertiliser with this burning heaters covered internally with liquid glass though ideally should be pyrolysized in order to recycle nutrients like carbon,phosphorous,calcium and nitrogen in a looped system.Waste food collected by garbage trucks should be in bins with the interior lined with a non stick,hydrophobic liquid glass coating to preventing plastic bags contaminating the process or having to be used.It would also prevent the need for food to be scraped off the bottle of waste bins and sticking to them causing odours and make sure all food is recycled.The waste truck collecting food waste must also be sprayed with liquid glass for the same reasons.Food(including waste meat,crops,manufactured products) and treatment plants and then be packaged in large drums that can be shipped to home,community,vertical farms where machinery can hook them up to the buildings system and then shipped back when used with each home and farms having a spare using a rotary system with vehicles collecting and trading each barrel when the farm AI orders one automatically when reserves are low.Baby wipes should ideally be homemade composed of kitchen or even ideally toilet paper soaked in the consumers desired combination of scented oils ie rose,coconut,vanilla etc as the plastics in conventional factory made ones have the waste is pyrolysised the calcium will be used as fertiliser once separated by graphene sheets.Bodies of dead animals,seeds in fruit will be dealt like all organic waste by it being pulverised once any plastic etc is removed to grind it all into a meal.To prevent the problems associated with Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy arising and thus Variant Creutzfeldt–Jakob disease the intense heat of the pyrolysis could denature and inactivate them though research may be needed into this as it is known they can survive at least 200 degrees celcius for 1-2 hours with if possible temperatures of up To recycle textiles they can be cut,shred into individual fibres to be used in production of new clothes to strengthen them and act as filler by machinery in textile factories where they can be reused into producing fabrics for new clothes otherwise they can be pyrolysised inside pyrolysis machinery or by bacteria inside specific vats that house bacteria that degrade them into their base molecules for use as like pyrolysised waste can be used as nutrients for growing bacteria that create textiles(creating a looped system)both of which can also be housed inside textile factories with this applying to footwear also.They can also pyrolysised in the same plants as used to pyrolysise organic waste such as food and paper provided buttons and zip are removed.Alternatively traded online to others via sites like ebay on Hephaestus where a person can reuse them.Alterations by hand can be achieved this way.Otherwise they can be composed of biodegradeable material for use as a substrate for fungi or in the case of footwear have seed planted that can use them as a food source or burned for energy.Any other clothing can be broken down .Otherwise bacteria can break them down and allow fabric producing bacteria to use the broken down fibres to create new fibres.




PHARMACEUTICAL WASTES:

Stones furniture and statues can be recycled into creating composite rocks and other stone furniture.Stone furniture factories should have machinery that recycles stone into composite materials or melts them down into what can be used to create new mixtures or other materials.Precious gems can be melted down into new gems or have each individual minerals extracted for other uses or like stone turned into composite gems.Ideally this machinery should be located in or near stone furniture factories.All surfaces and machinery should be coated in a permanent layer of dirt proof,acid proof and hydrophobic liquid glass to make it easier to clean by robots and make machinery last indefinitely.

CERAMICS:
Ceramics such as pottery,tiling and even 3D printed cutlery can be recycled by using kilns in art centres,ceramic factories,community centres used that produce ceramics or at home to melt it down,water it down or smash it into the base material and mixed together to be used again.Excess clay used in homemade pottery can be recyled by hand with those used in production of 3D printed pottery automated.These can be in special bins.


CONSTRUCTION WASTE:
Construction waste can be used to produce both bacteria based wood and methangenous plastics as well as recycled with wood pyrolysised and concrete recycled into composites with this also applying to buildings that are demolished.Concrete should be recycled and used for more housing by grounding it up etc to be sent to Ictinus factories.Otherwise it can be ground up into sand and then spread over expolited beaches.

METAL & E-WASTE:

Electronics like laptops and smart devices should be designed to have a button on them,button combination or option in settings menus that opens them up by hand at home allowing the components to be put in specific bins for plastic,graphene/carbon composites(which can be brought back to universities for reuse or sent into organic waste,paper,cardboard bins) and rubber components into specific compartments bins or their recycling plants and each metal present put into the waste bin that brings metals to the recycling plant i.e. hard drives,screens,boards etc.As stated earlier metals especially rare ones should be replaced by other materials to conserve energy in extraction,production and recycling when possible i.e.plastics in electronics,long lasting glass and steel/graphene kanteens replacing aluminium cans.Thus all metal should be recycled alleviating the need to extract more metals and ores from the earth.As stated some electronics will become replaced with emerging technologies allowing those that currently clog homes to be recycled saving on energy in the long term.All machinery should be sprayed with liquid glass to prevent damage from acids and build up of dirt.Robots here can be hands on rail systems with cameras that can dismantle them like a human especially televisions,robots and other bulky electronics with humanoid ones all controlled by the Each waste management plants will have an AI that will measure the amount of waste coming in and will be logged here alongside water and energy use.Also the amount of outgoing recycled waste in all cases(such as individual metals,ores etc) will be logged and averaged every hour,day,week,month etc and charted on a graph for each one etc.with live camera feeds monitoring each step on local,regional,national,continental and global scales with the same applying to incoming.This will detailed in both Demeter and Hermes.This also includes how much biochar,bio-oil and syngas produced for those that undergo pyrolysis in each plant again on local,regional,national and global scales over days,weeks,months,years,decades, centuries,millenia etc.All of this will be open to the public via the Hermes network allowing them to monitor any plant around the world from anywhere in the world.A series of networks set up world wide will measure the amount of water and energy and other resources used in them on a local,regional,continental and global scale linked to each individual waste treatment plants AI.Thus Tyche will link all of each type of waste treatment plants together with each other and also together.Routine diagnostics automatically done on all systems such as lighting,robots and machinery and will be logged will follow an universal colour coded system – blue denoting safe,yellow denoting some concern,green denoting some danger and red denoting severe danger making it easy for the layperson to recognise the level of severity of the problem.If a problem the factory AI 24/7,365 days with biosynth nanosemsors detecting the level of carbon dioxide,oxygen and other gases,temperature etc in the plant.Robots and drones will do rounds to spot faults,spills,rubbish with diagnostics done once every day on all machienry.Cameras monitoring machinery etc will thus have the ability to switch between normal vision and IR illumination and or night vision in order to allow remote monitoring to be done when the lights are off with lights if needed will be long lasting efficient ones such as CSYS ones.This will give the plant AI omniscience over can be integrated to repair damaged machinery.
